PHP Upload problems

Hi,

I've got several subscriptions which can upload files through PHP without any problems.
But one subscription give me problems.

When trying to upload a file it gives me the following error:

'PHP Warning: File upload error - unable to create a temporary file in Unknown on line 0'

But if i use the following script it creates a file (C:\Windows\Temp\TES3E35.tmp)in the temp folder without problems.

tempnam(sys_get_temp_dir(), 'TEST');

I already checked the folder/file permissions but...
